Margaret is a member of the American Auditory Society, the American Academy of Audiology, the American Speech and Hearing Association, the Academy of Rehabilitative Audiology and the Society for Neuroscience.

She likes rehabilitative audiology (fitting hearing aids, assessing needs for hearing aids and other devices and counseling patients) because she can develop a relationship over time with her patients. She adores her three beautiful granddaughters, ages 6 to 10 years, her husband, Ron, and her (beautiful) Labrador Retrievers!
